Two Distinct Service Programs
Righteous Care LLC operates two separate service categories. Each program has its own eligibility requirements, funding source, and scope of care.
Individualized waiver supports for eligible APD recipients. Certain authorized services may include assistance with activities of daily living and hands-on support according to the individual's approved support plan.
Currently EnrollingNon-medical household assistance for individuals who need help maintaining their home and completing routine household activities. No hands-on personal care is provided under this service.

Righteous Care, LLC provides authorized home and community-based waiver services through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). Services are designed to promote individual choice, independence, health, safety, daily living skills, and participation in the community.
Important APD Distinction
Some authorized APD services, particularly Personal Supports, may include hands-on assistance with activities of daily living when authorized under the individual's APD support plan.
Personal Supports
Assistance and training with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, household responsibilities, supervision, and community-based activities as authorized by the individual's support plan.

Life Skills Development Level 1 – Companion
Non-medical supervision, socialization, and community-based activities that support individual goals, independence, and access to community resources.

Private-Pay Homemaker Services — Coming Soon
Righteous Care, LLC is preparing to offer non-medical Private-Pay Homemaker Services following approval of its registration with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

These services will be available once Righteous Care, LLC receives final approval of its Homemaker registration from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). We will update this page upon approval.
Non-Medical & Non-Hands-On Services Only
Private-Pay Homemaker Services are strictly non-medical household assistance. These services do not include personal care, hands-on care, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, medication administration, nursing care, or any medical or skilled care services.
